Selunea terms

1. What Selunea is

Selunea offers a personal horoscope, tarot, numerology and a dream dictionary — for entertainment and a moment of reflection. We don't predict the future, make diagnoses or give medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

2. Who can use Selunea

Selunea is for adults only (18+). We check age automatically from the date of birth you enter.

You need a web browser with internet access, and an email address to make a purchase.

3. How the content is prepared

We calculate planetary positions, the Ascendant and houses from astronomical data for your date, time and place of birth.

Descriptive content (horoscopes, chart readings, interpretations of cards, dreams and numbers) is prepared automatically by Selunea's system using language models.

To prepare it we never pass on your name, email address or date and place of birth — only chart data (signs, degrees, aspects). Your dream description and your question to the cards (when these fields are available) are passed on only with your consent ticked next to the field, with names, contact details and dates removed.

4. Free services

Without an account you can see a preview of your birth chart (Sun, Moon, Rising sign and one reading). We keep the details from the quiz for no more than 24 hours, only to show the preview, and then delete them automatically. You can also delete the preview straight away.

Horoscopes for the twelve signs, the card of the day and Moon phase information are also free.

5. Paid services and prices

Selunea Premium is a monthly (€7.99) or yearly (€49.99) subscription; in the Polish version 29,99 zł a month or 199 zł a year. One-off reports: 'Your 2027', 'The Book of Your Birth' and 'Couple compatibility' — each price is shown when you order.

All prices include VAT. We show the price, billing period and next payment date next to the order button. We don't offer free trials that quietly turn into paid plans.

6. Ordering and payment

The 'Continue to your order' button in Selunea takes you to the order summary in the Selunea shop. There you accept these terms, give the required consents — each consent is a separate box and none is ticked in advance — and place your order with the 'Order with obligation to pay' button.

Payment is handled by the Selunea shop through our payment provider (card or other methods available in your country). Your card details never reach Selunea. The contract is concluded once the order is paid; we confirm it by email.

7. Subscription renewal and reminders

A subscription renews automatically only if you give separate consent to this on the order summary page.

We remind you by email before every renewal: 3 days before for a monthly subscription and 14 days before for a yearly one.

We can change the subscription price only after notifying you by email at least 14 days in advance and only with your new consent — without it, the subscription ends at the end of the paid period.

8. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time in your account (two clicks) or via the link in our emails. After cancelling we take no further payments, and Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.

9. Withdrawing from the contract

You have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. The easiest way is the 'Withdraw from the contract' button in your account settings; we'll confirm by email. You can also write to our contact address.

Subscription: if, at your express request, it started before the 14 days were up, after withdrawing you only pay for the time it was active and we refund the rest.

A one-off report is digital content: if you agree to receive it before the 14 days are up and acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw, that right expires once the report is delivered.

Refunds are made within 14 days, using the same payment method.

10. Complaints

Please send complaints to kontakt@selunea.pl. We reply within 14 days.

11. Your account and deleting your data

You sign in with a link sent by the Selunea shop to your email address — no password. In your account settings you can change your birth details and delete your data from the app at any time. Your shop account (payments, invoices) is managed by the Selunea shop.

12. Personal data

How we process personal data is described in the privacy policy.

13. Final provisions

We'll notify you of changes to these terms in advance; changes don't apply to a period you have already paid for without your consent. These terms are governed by Polish law and do not limit any rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
